You’ll find fresh herbs, beautiful flowers, farm fresh eggs, local wineries, a delicious assortment of goat cheese, an endless selection of baked goods, and many varieties of Iowa raised meat such as beef, pork, chicken, lamb, buffalo, ostrich, and tilapia.

Des Moines Park & Recreation Department invites you to enjoy your Saturday morning by participating in a free weekly yoga session at Grays Lake this summer. Maximize your stress relief by practicing yoga next to the water’s edge at the southeast shore. The class will be from 9 – 10 a.m. & will be held every Saturday beginning May 25 through September 28. Classes will not take place if raining. Local volunteer teachers lead each session, which means you’ll have a different yoga experience each week! You are encouraged to bring a mat/towel as well as some water & clothes you can move in. No registration for the class required……..just show up at 9am ready to relax, release & enjoy the experience of Yoga on the shores of beautiful Gray’s Lake.
